I'm sure you know by now, family is super important to me and that includes my extended family. I got the chance to have some extra family time this past Christmas with my Aunt Janice, Uncle Paul and my cousins Melissa, Katie, and Josh. We hiked over to Unionville, which we discovered was severely impacted by the recent ice storm - but that didn't hold us back! I had told them about a spot I had shot portraits for a recent wedding (to be shared soon!) and I literally could not even recognize it! The ice storm though, made for an absolutely stunning backdrop and Unionville is such a quaint, beautiful little town!
I'm probably a little bit bias here because they are my cousins, but this family is absolutely stunning! My job is definitely not hard when the subjects are natural models. I had such a fun day with these guys- they are hilarious, and I'm sure you'll see some of that in the photos.
What a special time to spend with them, since the oldest sibling, Melissa (or as I have called her my whole life, Mouse) was home visiting from Japan, where she has now grown up and become a teacher! I am so proud of you Mouse, and I hope these pictures will make it to your teacher-desk in your grown up classroom!
To the Massons, thank you for bringing me along for such a fun, beautiful day with you- I loved it!
